What a day! We went to our appointment with the pediatrician today. Lovely hospital here brand new unit for children. loads of toys to keep the children busy while your waiting and very relaxed atmosphere! The staff were very friendly and the unit was very well run! We got the let them know we were there, 5 mins later a nurse called us and callum had his blood pressure height and weight done. Then we had about a 15 min weight before we went in to see the pead. Callum went in and out of the room playing then popping in to see what we were doing. It was very safe so i was relaxed about him doing this. The pead was amazing! she has no paperwork on callum accept the letters that i took from our old pead. she asked lots of questions noted down what we were saying and explained clearly the next step. She has given us sleep meds for callum so fingers crossed for tonight! She also gave us 2 questionnaires to do and we ae booked in to see her again in wait for it....... not 6 months time but.... 5 weeks!!! not what i was expecting!! Over the moon to have finally been listened to and happy with the response and the way everything is going to be working! Callum was so well behaved as well which made it even better. All round good day and a VERY happy mummy.

Sounds great Hun so glad u have decent docs up there and the appointment times are great, hopefully the sleep meds work quickly, don't be surprised if it takes a few days to get into his system though x
